Job Description We are looking for a HR Compliance Specialist to ensure our organization's adherence to internal processes/policies, employment laws and regulations. This position will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance, communicating law updates, policy development, auditing and special projects as assigned. Your expertise will be crucial in compiling and filing reports such as affirmative action plans and EEO-1 reports, as well as managing compliance software automation. With experience in HR compliance and Office365, you'll effectively manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams to enhance our compliance strategies. This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do - Maintain up-to-date knowledge in employment law, regulation, and best practices within the HR space and client requirements - Communicate relevant law updates to the team for potential policy implementation. This task also includes the identification of any training requirements for state specific compliance and/or federal requirement - Drive HR process & policy owners and stakeholders to ensure that HR policies and processes follow applicable current employment/labor laws, including updating and/or developing new policies, sharing information, collaborating with other involved departments, and updating the Employee Manual - Compile data and file AAP Certification, EEO-1, and CA Pay Data Report. Prepare and file various reports including affirmative action plan (AAP), including preparation, monitoring, and analysis of AAPs and related compliance - Own compliance software automation for flow ensuring updates are maintained with internal intranet - Complete daily HRIS and Vendor Compliance administration - Ensures all required compliance training is rolled out through education, training, and guidance for managers and human resources and working with Learning Management Solutions to ensure timely rollout of annual training for global employees as applicable - Complete and file monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting for federal, state, and local reporting as well as client required reporting - Complete I9 and E-Verify tasks as required - Respond to Immigration questions as it relates to internal inquiries and perform action as necessary - Maintain oversight of Vendor Compliance tracking - Additional duties as assigned What You'll Need Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Legal, or related field - 3-5 years of HR Compliance experience as a multi-state employer - 3-5-years' experience with working knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and statues, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and other DOL regulations - 2-3 years' experience collecting, analyzing, and submitting data for various federal and state reporting requirements - 5 years' experience with Office365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience researching and compiling information from various sources into one summary and finding alternate sources of information when faced with lack of data - Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively with minimal supervision required - Ability to think critically to identify process improvement; able to see the big picture; able to identify data that does not make sense - Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams, internal and/or external - Strong Experience building and editing Pivot tables in Excel, vlookup and other advanced formulas Preferred: - Experience with HR Compliance and Employment Law as a Federal Contractor - Experience with drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and policies - Comfortable with reading and understanding contract and legal language Physical Demands - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions - Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. - Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor #LI-GR1 $60,000 - $65,000 per year The pay range for this position is listed above. Role Description The WebPT Manager of HR Systems & Analytics manages, maintains, and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), UKG, while also providing actionable human capital reporting as part of the Employee Success department. - Serve as lead representative and liaison between Employee Success, Payroll, Finance, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR systems and applications. - Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision making. - Collaborate with departmental leadership to provide metrics and analytics to assist the financial forecasting team to build revenue and staffing modules. - Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data. - Design and maintain all HR Systems including but not limited to HRIS, LMS, BI, Org Charts and ensure system tables, pay rules, business process configuration, and update as necessary. - Test and activate new application solutions, changes or enhancements made to HRIS modules or system as a whole using Release Management tools and/or processes. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of organization data within the HRIS. - Build queries, reports, and dashboards to support business needs utilizing appropriate reporting tools. - Work with L&D to create web-based training videos and documentation to support new hire onboarding as needed for various levels of users. - Train Human Resources teammates on new processes/functionality. - Support security model and business processes to ensure data confidentiality and business processes are effectively managed. - Be accountable for permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users. - Design and configure various UKG modules to include recruiting, onboarding, core, payroll, compensation, talent management, benefits prime, etc. - Complete required federal, state, local or other reporting mandates (EEO, Vets, ACA, 401k, etc.).
