Systems Management Administrator V
AECOM
• Manage and configure EAM application modules, user access, security groups, and permissions to align with business policies. • Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and standardization of master data, including asset hierarchy, location data, and bill of materials (BOMs). • Design, test, and implement automated workflows, service requests, and maintenance work order processes. • Manage integrations between the EAM system and other platforms including the client’s Oracle FIS. • Design, generate, and analyze reports and dashboards regarding key performance indicators (KPIs) like asset uptime, repair costs, and downtime to inform decision-making. • Perform regular QA/QC checks to ensure complete and up-to-date asset records and maintenance histories. • Support on-going user training efforts to ensure high adoption rates of EAM best practices among staff. • Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for system issues and trouble-shooting. • Coordinate and perform system upgrades, patches, and fixes, working with the vendor to test functionality. • Ensure EAM usage complies with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Advanced certification in EAM system administration (vendor-specific certifications preferred)
- Experience in systems administration, database administration, or IT operations support
- Experience with Oracle Financial Information System (FIS) or similar enterprise financial platforms
- Demonstrated experience administering Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, preferably with platforms such as SAP, Oracle EAM, Infor EAM, or similar solutions
- Proficiency with database management and SQL query writing
- Strong knowledge of system security, user access controls, and permission management
- Experience with data management, data integrity validation, and master data governance
- Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot automated workflows and business processes
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical end-users
- Experience providing end-user training and technical support in enterprise software environments.

• Perform duties to implement, track, monitor, and maintain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, fund investments and distributions. • Responsible for developing and maintaining full understanding of day to day workflow processes required for client plans assigned. • Facilitate daily transactional activity with the Trustee and trading desk. • Serve as initial escalation point for participant call center inquiries, ensuring accuracy of plan recordkeeping and data.
