Supply Planning Manager

• Own demand forecasting and supply planning processes across SafelyYou’s hardware portfolio • Develop and maintain inventory strategies that balance product availability, working capital efficiency, and service-level objectives • Create and manage production plans with manufacturing partners to ensure continuity of supply for core products • Own inventory purchasing and replenishment planning across finished goods, subassemblies, and key components • Analyze inventory trends and proactively identify risks related to shortages, excess inventory, obsolescence, or capacity constraints • Collaborate with Logistics and Fulfillment teams to optimize inventory allocation across distribution locations and customer demand requirements • Support Sales, Implementation, and Support teams by translating deployment forecasts into executable supply plans • Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, driving alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives • Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews and decision-making processes with Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering stakeholders • Develop scenario-based supply plans and recommendations to proactively address changes in demand, supply constraints, or business priorities • Provide planning insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions and operational readiness. • Manage supplier relationships for SafelyYou’s hardware supply base, ensuring suppliers can support business growth, new product introductions, and evolving operational requirements • Facilitate regular business reviews, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost • Partner with suppliers to manage production plans, identify and mitigate supply risks, improve operational performance, and support capacity planning for future growth • Support supplier selection, onboarding, contract negotiations, and sourcing decisions in partnership with Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams • Drive cost optimization initiatives through supplier collaboration, spend analysis, and supply chain process improvements • Partner with Finance to support budgeting, inventory valuation, and supply chain financial reporting • Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into inventory health, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and costs • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and product lifecycle management activities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability • Proactively identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong experience with forecasting methodologies, inventory planning, production planning, and S&OP processes
  • Demonstrated experience managing supplier and contract manufacturer relationships, including performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of supplier performance metrics, inventory management principles, and supply risk management
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and executive decision making
  • Experience working with ERP, inventory management, accounting, and/or supply chain planning systems
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Hardware, electronics, healthcare technology, or contract manufacturing experience is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel to occasionally to SafelyYou warehouses and internationally to manufacturing partners
