Role Description We are actively seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand market share within a designated territory. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospective clients, and managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial engagement and property assessment to proposal delivery and closing new business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex sales processes, and represent Watchtower Security as an industry leader. This position requires significant travel, active participation in trade shows, and involvement with relevant industry associations. Essential Job Functions: - Sales Generation & Management: - Proactively identify, source, and develop new leads through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives. - Execute comprehensive sales strategies using various methods (in-person meetings, virtual presentations, demonstrations) to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. - Conduct thorough property assessments, both virtually and on-site, to understand client needs and propose tailored surveillance solutions. - Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively articulating Watchtower Security's value proposition. - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to contract close. - Territory & Relationship Management: - Travel extensively within the assigned region for client meetings and strategic relationship building. - Actively represent Watchtower Security at trade shows, Apartment Association events, and other key industry functions, including after-hours participation. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with key community stakeholders, including law enforcement, property managers, and apartment associations. - Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, interpreting concerns and collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolutions. - CRM & Reporting: - Accurately enter, track, and maintain all lead and client information within the CRM system (ConnectWise). - Provide consistent and meaningful client and prospect communication via email and other channels. - Submit weekly sales performance reports and forecasts to the sales leadership team. - Professional Development: - Engage in ongoing sales training, technical education, and continuous development of industry knowledge to remain a trusted advisor. Qualifications - 3-5 years of proven business-to-business sales experience, preferably within the multifamily housing or security/technology industry. - Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable professional experience preferred. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. - Strong negotiation and closing skills, built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and ethical business practices. - Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client needs to formulate strategic sales approaches. - Proficiency with CRM software (ConnectWise experience is a significant plus). - Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Requirements - Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory. - Flexibility for after-hours attendance at industry events and client functions. - Standard business hours, with additional time necessary as required to meet business objectives. - For this position, Watchtower Security will review your motor vehicle driving record.

Role Description The Contracts Manager position is responsible for negotiating and managing business class / enterprise telecommunications services, and other service agreements on behalf of our multi-family property clients.
