New Client Onboarding Analyst – SaaS

• Client training and enablement: • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on the platform, ensuring clients understand all features of the contracted product; • Prepare materials, agendas and resources needed for onboarding sessions; • Guide clients on best practices and help them become familiar with the platform’s flows and processes. • Implementation schedule management and execution: • Plan, organize and track each client’s implementation timeline, ensuring deadlines are met; • Serve as the main point of contact between the client, sales and internal teams to ensure the agreed scope is delivered; • Monitor risks, align expectations and ensure all key implementation milestones are achieved. • New client portfolio follow-up (60–90 days): • Manage a portfolio of clients in the initial phase, conducting regular follow-ups and check-in meetings; • Monitor success metrics to ensure engagement, adoption and continued use of the platform; • Identify challenges, direct solutions and ensure the client achieves the expected outcomes during the ramp-up period; • Work to ensure continued usage and prepare a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.

Job Requirements
