Role Description The ServiceNow Developer and System Administrator supports, enhances, and maintains the ServiceNow platform. This dual-role position involves both backend development and platform administration to ensure the system remains scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs. - Designs, develops, and implements custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. - Maintains and administers ServiceNow applications, modules, and update sets. - Implements system enhancements, integrations, and new applications based on business requirements. - Performs regular system audits, upgrades, and patching activities. - Creates and maintains documentation for technical architecture, configuration, and user guides. - Monitors system performance and resolves issues in a timely manner. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and custom applications. - Manages user roles, access control, and security configurations. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and system administration - Proficiency with Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies - Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow core modules (e.g., Incident, Change, Asset, CMDB) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and data mapping - Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), preferred - Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, or SecOps modules, preferred - Prior experience in enterprise environments with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies, preferred - Familiarity with Nuvolo or other industry-specific applications built on ServiceNow, preferred Requirements - Compensation: $80,000- $160,000 annual.
