Product Manager – Specialist II

• Define Product Vision and Strategy: Build and communicate the medium- and long-term vision for the portfolio management platform, ensuring the evolution of core themes such as Product Lifecycle and Portfolio Map, as well as other strategic initiatives; • Lead Complex, Integrated Solutions: Design the roadmap focused on implementing robust rules and conditionals for store (POS) segmentation and for defining segmented assortments, ensuring a scalable and integrated platform; • Orchestrate the Data and Data Science Ecosystem: Ensure an integrated roadmap between Application and Data teams, leading inbound and outbound integrations with other portfolio systems and connecting to other data science products; • Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to Category/Brand teams, commercial teams and channels, leading difficult negotiations, managing conflicts of interest and aligning expectations at a high level; • Value-Based Prioritization: Apply advanced prioritization frameworks to make trade-off decisions, defending the roadmap based on financial return, franchisee business impact and mitigation of operational complexity; • Culture and Mentorship: Raise the team’s technical and behavioral standards by mentoring less-experienced PMs, spreading product best practices and structuring mature discovery and delivery processes; • Leadership in Planning: Lead the development of OKR cycles and PI Planning strategy, ensuring alignment of dependencies across multiple technology, operations and channel teams.
Job Requirements
- Seniority in Digital Product Management: Solid experience as a Senior Product Manager, leading internal corporate platforms, rule engines or digital products with highly complex business rules;
- Systemic Vision and Proximity to Data Science / Integration Architecture: Strong ability to abstract complex data engineering and integration problems;
- Stakeholder Management in Complex Environments: Proven track record navigating political and dynamic corporate environments, able to negotiate difficult trade-offs with commercial, channel and finance directors, influencing without relying on hierarchy;
- Business Strategy and Metrics: Experience defining KPIs that directly impact business profitability, assortment efficiency and reduction of operational complexity;
- Problem Solving in Ambiguous Contexts: Comfortable working in uncertainty, structuring chaos and turning abstract portfolio and analytical process problems into viable, organized roadmaps oriented around the user journey;
- AI-First Mindset for Efficiency: Ability to apply prompt engineering and AI tools to structure complex, chaotic data scenarios into organized roadmaps with greater speed.
- Nice to have:
- Prior experience in multichannel retail, franchise networks or the consumer goods sector;
- Experience or knowledge of RGM (Revenue Growth Management), assortment intelligence or SKU management.
