Product Manager
Vacasa
• Own and support product initiatives focused on marketplace growth, booking conversion, and customer experience. • Partner with SEO/SEM, Brand, and Growth teams to improve traffic efficiency, ROAS, and customer acquisition performance. • Collaborate with Engineering and third-party partners on marketplace and inventory integrations. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps. • Support experimentation efforts including A/B testing, pricing optimization, and conversion analysis. • Analyze marketplace performance metrics, customer behavior, and funnel data to identify improvement opportunities. • Partner cross-functionally with Data, Finance, and Franchise Operations teams on strategic initiatives and forecasting. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and operational efficiencies. • Contribute to a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation, communication, and accountability. • Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years of Product Management or related analytical/product experience.
- Experience working in marketplace, eCommerce, travel, hospitality, or growth-focused environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, KPI analysis, and funnel optimization preferred.
- Ability to write clear product requirements and work effectively with engineering teams.
- Comfortable operating in cross-functional and fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, growth marketing, or marketplace dynamics preferred.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, platform products, or analytics tools preferred.
- College education preferred, though equivalent experience is valued.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
