• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise Travel accounts, serving as the primary point of contact • Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and strategic expansion opportunities • Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within customer organizations • Develop strong partnerships with Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes • Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes in collaboration with Sales leadership • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline visibility • Identify customer risks and opportunities early and proactively address them • Provide structured customer feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product and process improvements

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience managing enterprise customers with complex contracts and multiple stakeholders; Travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic account planning with hands-on execution

Role Description Account Specialist - Beneficial Electrification (Field-Based) Location: Louisiana (Remote - local travel within the state required) Ready to make a difference? ICF is adding staff to its Beneficial Electrification team in the Southern US to support commercial and industrial equipment electrification programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of or interest in learning decarbonization opportunities and technologies for commercial and industrial buildings, facilities, and manufacturing processes.
