Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a quantitative or analytics role building business intelligence and generating actionable insights, preferably on a People or HR team
- Strong applied research-methods foundation, including experimental and quasi-experimental design, statistical inference
- Track record of translating analysis into decisions for senior, non-technical audiences
- Proven stakeholder management and a consultative approach with senior leaders
- Technical fluency to build and validate independently: SQL, Python or R, BI and analytics platforms, data pipelines
- Advanced visualization and data-storytelling skills
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytical work
- Self-starter who handles sensitive and confidential data with discretion
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Statistics, or Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: A master’s or doctoral degree in a related field, Visier experience, Working knowledge of Workday HCM

About the role Reporting to the Manager, People & Talent Operations, this role will help build the infrastructure that supports the employee experience at AllTrails. As our People Operations Analyst, you’ll own and improve key People systems and processes across HRIS administration, compensation, analytics, data integrity, and cyclical People programs. This role is strongest for someone who has worked on a People Ops team before, brings strong systems and analytical skills, and has the judgment and follow-through to keep high-volume operational work accurate and moving.
