• Help define Talent Engineering in Ukraine: build AI agents, workflows, and analytics that transform how high-bar recruiting gets done • Build the AI systems that make our Talent Partners unstoppable • You'll know this role is working when: Time-to-first-candidate drops from ~2 weeks to 2-3 days • When a search opens, the first qualified candidate hits the client within days, not weeks • Talent Partners run ~10 high-signal interviews per role, up from ~5, because you've taken manual sourcing off their plate • 3-4 sourcing hypotheses run in parallel from week one - no more sequential testing • Team Tailor becomes the single source of truth • You'll prototype, benchmark, and ship weekly, and document what works and what doesn't • Expect to shadow live searches for the first 2-3 weeks before making any changes

• Manage client communication for accounts • Execute campaigns and track timelines • Identify account growth opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Document processes and support onboarding

• Understand how teams operate across ops, sales, marketing, and product • Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies • Build AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work • Work with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Airtable, Notion, and others • Automate invoicing flows (e.g. Stripe → Airtable/Notion + reminders + tracking) • Build CRM systems with enrichment, tracking, and reporting • Design communication systems (classification → routing → response + draft replies) • Consolidate data from tools like email, WhatsApp, and Zoom into one system

• Confirm use cases with new leads and validate what's possible on the platform • Write and ship production skills (FFmpeg, Remotion, LLM orchestration) • Debug agent logs, diagnose failures, iterate until reliable • Own client onboarding and activation end-to-end • Raise the quality bar of the shared skill library over time

• Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit • Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand their staffing needs • Develop job descriptions and requirements tailored to specific Business Associates positions • Provide a positive candidate experience • Maintain accurate records of candidate information

• Ship new product features and improve core systems in React + Node.js. • Design and scale AI-driven workflows (automated video validation, creator content categorization, brand-creator matchmaking). • Set engineering standards: improve processes, select the right tools, and raise the technical bar. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design on high-impact projects. • Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and performance. • Mentor teammates, support onboarding, and foster a strong engineering culture. • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, asking clarifying questions and proposing creative solutions.

• Designing and building multi-agent systems in TypeScript, including a primary orchestration agent and specialized sub-agents • Architecting agent workflows that interpret user intent, plan multi-step edits, and execute them across a video timeline • Building the interface layer between agents and the video editor, enabling agents to read project state, issue commands, and observe results in real time • Developing agent capabilities for scene composition, visual generation, timing adjustments, effects, and compositing • Implementing plan-and-execute loops, recovery strategies, and feedback mechanisms for reliable autonomous editing • Creating memory and context systems that allow agents to reason about project state, user preferences, and editing history • Working closely with founders to shape both the product vision and the technical foundations of the platform

• Supervise and guide a team of BAs in training, ensuring consistent growth, accountability, and alignment with company goals. • Support onboarding, provide regular feedback, run coaching sessions, and proactively address performance or engagement issues. • Continuously improve the training program by refining materials, workflows, and learning formats. • Own and manage the company’s Instagram presence, including posts, stories, carousels, and short videos. • Support partner collaborations through coordinated, co-created content. • Represent the team and company in external initiatives, events, or collaborations when required.

• Own execution and follow-through by translating leadership priorities into clear actions • Support founder decision-making through structured research, analysis, and concise recommendations • Act as a communication extension of C-level executives • Build and maintain lightweight systems and trackers (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets, CRM) • Support business development, fundraising, and financial planning • Provide executive-level operational support, including calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel coordination • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
