• Lead key marketing initiatives with real accountability in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment • Own marketing and communication initiatives end to end • Turn complex ideas into clear, founder-ready messages (LinkedIn, emails, decks, landing pages) • Write and edit content on behalf of founders • Support positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and curated events • Research startups, markets, events, or ecosystems and synthesize insights into actionable angles • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and execution details

• Creator communication. You're the daily point of contact for creators across email, DMs, and Slack. • Content review & quality assurance. You review creator submissions to confirm they meet FTC guidelines, campaign requirements, and platform standards (TikTok, Instagram). • Creator retention & growth. You spot when a creator is at risk (missed deadlines, compensation confusion, low engagement) and you move first. • Operational coordination. You work across Billing, Fulfillment, Product, Communications. • Process improvement. You identify where the system breaks.

• Run regular 1:1s with BAs to track progress, surface blockers, and support goal setting • Collect and translate client feedback into concrete individual development actions • Build development plans and follow through on their implementation • Catch early signs of performance or motivation issues and respond with structured coaching — not just escalation • Document key insights, status changes, and performance trends in our internal systems • Support onboarding and help new BAs integrate faster • Contribute to internal improvement projects — workshops, knowledge base updates, process refinements

• Manage a busy CEO calendar • Coordinate meetings across time zones • Prepare the CEO for key meetings • Track decisions, tasks, unanswered questions, and follow-ups • Create and maintain simple AI-powered/automation systems • Support business travel and logistics

• Help define Talent Engineering in Ukraine: build AI agents, workflows, and analytics that transform how high-bar recruiting gets done • Build the AI systems that make our Talent Partners unstoppable • You'll know this role is working when: Time-to-first-candidate drops from ~2 weeks to 2-3 days • When a search opens, the first qualified candidate hits the client within days, not weeks • Talent Partners run ~10 high-signal interviews per role, up from ~5, because you've taken manual sourcing off their plate • 3-4 sourcing hypotheses run in parallel from week one - no more sequential testing • Team Tailor becomes the single source of truth • You'll prototype, benchmark, and ship weekly, and document what works and what doesn't • Expect to shadow live searches for the first 2-3 weeks before making any changes

• Understand how teams operate across ops, sales, marketing, and product • Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies • Build AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work • Work with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Airtable, Notion, and others • Automate invoicing flows (e.g. Stripe → Airtable/Notion + reminders + tracking) • Build CRM systems with enrichment, tracking, and reporting • Design communication systems (classification → routing → response + draft replies) • Consolidate data from tools like email, WhatsApp, and Zoom into one system

• Confirm use cases with new leads and validate what's possible on the platform • Write and ship production skills (FFmpeg, Remotion, LLM orchestration) • Debug agent logs, diagnose failures, iterate until reliable • Own client onboarding and activation end-to-end • Raise the quality bar of the shared skill library over time

• Utilize various recruitment channels to source, identify, and attract potential remote Business Associates candidates • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for remote business assistant roles • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit • Partner with the CEO and Team Leads to understand their staffing needs • Develop job descriptions and requirements tailored to specific Business Associates positions • Provide a positive candidate experience • Maintain accurate records of candidate information

• Ship new product features and improve core systems in React + Node.js. • Design and scale AI-driven workflows (automated video validation, creator content categorization, brand-creator matchmaking). • Set engineering standards: improve processes, select the right tools, and raise the technical bar. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design on high-impact projects. • Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and performance. • Mentor teammates, support onboarding, and foster a strong engineering culture. • Take ownership of projects end-to-end, asking clarifying questions and proposing creative solutions.
