Role Description QuadMed is looking for a Clinical Epic Application Analyst to join our team. This is a remote role with on-call requirements 3-4 days a month. The Clinical Systems Analyst III (CSA III) functions as the support contact and expert for their assigned Epic applications. This team member works under the direction of the Clinical Systems Analyst Lead to configure, build, and install the application. The CSA III coordinates all issues that arise during the application build phase. Key operational activities include: - Analyzing workflows and understanding policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application. - Investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality. Key technical activities include: - Analysis of new releases to determine how workflow should be modified. - Building and populating databases and tables during initial system configuration. - Conducting system testing and conversion data validation in collaboration with Clinic Operations. - Developing and documenting internal procedures and establishing change control processes for the application. The CSA III functions as a contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users. This individual must be a skilled communicator who makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position. This team member helps end-user departments in the design and implementation of new applications, systems, enhancements, and required maintenance. Other responsibilities include: - Participating in the design, coding, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum three (3) years’ experience in IT in a healthcare organization required. - Minimum four (4) years’ experience as an Analyst in Epic applications required. - Clinic back-office workflow experience preferred. - Clinic front office workflow experience preferred. - Must be certified in at least one of the following Epic applications: EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart. Requirements - Experience with design, build, and configuration of an EMR environment. - Experience with design, build, and configuration of Epic applications. - Experience with appointment scheduling and registration workflows in a healthcare setting. - Broad knowledge of and experience with practice management applications and their interdependencies. - Experience with multi-facility design, planning, and coordination of IS systems. - Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare business. - General knowledge of project management. - Demonstrated business analysis skills and experience. - Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple disciplines. - Demonstrated customer service and collaboration skills working with end users. - Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusion. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently as well as with a team. Role Description We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Corporate Finance team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Senior Treasury Analyst. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of cash management and liquidity planning, treasury operations, and cash flow analysis, but also bring a mindset focused on driving process improvements and partnering effectively across finance functions, while remaining flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving treasury function, with direct exposure to initiatives such as: - Implementing a new treasury system - Improving cash forecasting capabilities - Driving process efficiencies alongside cross-functional partners Job Responsibilities: - Analyze daily bank information and monitor daily cash balances to ensure liquidity and meet financial obligations. - Manage fee funds and ensure proper up-to-date records of the Company’s bank accounts. - Payment processing – Initiates, validates, and executes payments (ACH, Wires, Checks). - Review and reconcile payments, identify discrepancies, and coordinate bank and internal teams to resolve issues. - Bank Account management – Support account opening, maintenance, and updates, including KYC, and ensuring accurate records. - Assist with forecasting, analyzing, and reporting cash flow projections to senior management. - Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. - Serve as a key contact for internal partners when cash-related issues arise, providing timely resolutions. - Work closely with departments such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controllership, Business Development, and Practices to ensure smooth cash operations. - Participate in corporate finance activities, such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reporting, and related integration tasks. - Guide and mentor junior staff, sharing expertise in cash management.
