Role Description Planejar, executar, monitorar e otimizar campanhas de mídia paga, garantindo a máxima eficiência dos investimentos em marketing digital. Atuar de forma estratégica e orientada por dados para aumentar a geração de leads, aquisição de clientes, reconhecimento de marca e resultados de negócio, por meio da gestão de campanhas em diferentes plataformas de anúncios, buscando continuamente melhorias de performance, escalabilidade e retorno sobre investimento (ROI). - Planejamento e Gestão de Campanhas com foco no aumento de performance dos canais de Mídia Online (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Linkedin Ads, TiktokAds, DV360, Mídia Programática); - Gerenciar rotinas diárias de campanhas: controle de budget, otimização, monitoramento, análises e mensurações; - Otimizar campanhas orientado a geração de demanda; - Desenvolver relatórios analíticos e apresentar resultados; - Colaborar em sinergia com os donos dos outros canais de geração de demanda para criar estratégias unificadas e de alta performance; - Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de CRM e lógica de filtros, fluxos e segmentações de base; - Comunicativo: saiba se expressar bem de forma escrita e falada, consiga dar direcionamentos claros e tirar dúvidas com a mesma atenção no trabalho remoto. Qualifications - Formação em comunicação/publicidade/engenharia/matemática/estatística/análise de dados, etc.; - Experiência de mais de 4 anos na área; - Experiência com tomadas de decisões baseadas em dados; - Tenha experiência prévia com ferramentas de análise e dashboards (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.); - Experiência com as principais ferramentas de mídia paga (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Linkedin Ads, Youtube Ads) Programática; - Experiência com Google Tag Manager; - Experiência com Google Analytics; - Experiência com Mídia Programática; - Certificação e domínio nas ferramentas Google (Search, Display, Youtube Ads, Analytics, Shopping); - Mindset voltado à cultura de experimentação; - Ter espírito ágil e adaptar-se às mudanças; - Orientar-se à mensuração de resultados em todas as ações realizadas; - Fazer questão de entender o impacto do trabalho; - Ser organizado e ter responsabilidade com rotina, prazos e processos. Role Description QuadMed is looking for a Clinical Epic Application Analyst to join our team. This is a remote role with on-call requirements 3-4 days a month. The Clinical Systems Analyst III (CSA III) functions as the support contact and expert for their assigned Epic applications. This team member works under the direction of the Clinical Systems Analyst Lead to configure, build, and install the application. The CSA III coordinates all issues that arise during the application build phase. Key operational activities include: - Analyzing workflows and understanding policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application. - Investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality. Key technical activities include: - Analysis of new releases to determine how workflow should be modified. - Building and populating databases and tables during initial system configuration. - Conducting system testing and conversion data validation in collaboration with Clinic Operations. - Developing and documenting internal procedures and establishing change control processes for the application. The CSA III functions as a contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users. This individual must be a skilled communicator who makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position. This team member helps end-user departments in the design and implementation of new applications, systems, enhancements, and required maintenance. Other responsibilities include: - Participating in the design, coding, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum three (3) years’ experience in IT in a healthcare organization required. - Minimum four (4) years’ experience as an Analyst in Epic applications required. - Clinic back-office workflow experience preferred. - Clinic front office workflow experience preferred. - Must be certified in at least one of the following Epic applications: EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart.
