• Analyze demand versus available capacity to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities • Develop forward-looking capacity forecasts rather than retrospective views • Model different scenarios to support prioritization and hiring decisions • Standardize, and maintain delivery and planning KPIs • Ensure consistent metrics across tribes and teams • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights • Track trends in predictability, utilization, throughput, and bottlenecks • Consolidate data from multiple sources into a single, reliable view • Improve data quality, consistency, and automation of reporting • Shift the organization from manual data collection to scalable, repeatable processes • Identify systemic issues impacting delivery performance • Provide transparent, objective visibility across tribes • Partner with engineering and product leadership to interpret insights • Enable leadership forecasting and strategic planning with data-backed recommendations • Support discussions on trade-offs, sequencing, and investment allocation • Proactively facilitate conversations between teams and stakeholders to clarify needs, surface risks, and turn insights into practical decisions
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with capacity planning, resource modeling, or workforce planning
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to work with ambiguous data and create structure and clarity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to confidently communicate insights, drive discussions, and influence decisions across engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders
- Experience working in a multi-team or matrixed environment (e.g., tribes)
- Nice to have:
- Background in engineering, delivery, or agile environments
- Experience driving automation and process standardization
- Familiarity with forecasting and scenario planning techniques

Role Description We run an AI-powered SMS bot and an AI-graded call training system for a private school network. Both systems have extensive test suites (400+ test files) and a RAG-based knowledge base that drives bot behavior. We need someone to own the full quality cycle: - Review production conversations to find bad bot responses - Create test files (JSON) that reproduce the issue - Fix the knowledge base content (Markdown files, WRONG/RIGHT examples) - Run test suites to verify fixes and catch regressions - Maintain and expand the knowledge base as our program evolves This is NOT a software engineering role. The infrastructure is built. You're operating it — editing JSON, writing Markdown, running CLI scripts, reading test reports.
