Role Description We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Corporate Finance team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Senior Treasury Analyst. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of cash management and liquidity planning, treasury operations, and cash flow analysis, but also bring a mindset focused on driving process improvements and partnering effectively across finance functions, while remaining flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving treasury function, with direct exposure to initiatives such as: - Implementing a new treasury system - Improving cash forecasting capabilities - Driving process efficiencies alongside cross-functional partners Job Responsibilities: - Analyze daily bank information and monitor daily cash balances to ensure liquidity and meet financial obligations. - Manage fee funds and ensure proper up-to-date records of the Company’s bank accounts. - Payment processing – Initiates, validates, and executes payments (ACH, Wires, Checks). - Review and reconcile payments, identify discrepancies, and coordinate bank and internal teams to resolve issues. - Bank Account management – Support account opening, maintenance, and updates, including KYC, and ensuring accurate records. - Assist with forecasting, analyzing, and reporting cash flow projections to senior management. - Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. - Serve as a key contact for internal partners when cash-related issues arise, providing timely resolutions. - Work closely with departments such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controllership, Business Development, and Practices to ensure smooth cash operations. - Participate in corporate finance activities, such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reporting, and related integration tasks. - Guide and mentor junior staff, sharing expertise in cash management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field - 5–7+ years in treasury, finance, or related roles - Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and payment processing (ACH, wires, etc.) - Experience with cash forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting - Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial systems or treasury management tools - Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and problem-solve effectively - Ability to collaborate across finance functions (AP, AR, Controllership, etc.) and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment - Experience supporting process improvements or driving efficiencies within financial operations - Must be based in the United States and reside within the Eastern time zone Requirements - Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior team members - Prior exposure to corporate finance activities such as M&A or due diligence Benefits - Flexible work environment allows employees to work remotely, when needed - Flexible Time Off policy - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401k Match - Commuter Benefit - A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $90,000 – $105,000

Role Description We run an AI-powered SMS bot and an AI-graded call training system for a private school network. Both systems have extensive test suites (400+ test files) and a RAG-based knowledge base that drives bot behavior. We need someone to own the full quality cycle: - Review production conversations to find bad bot responses - Create test files (JSON) that reproduce the issue - Fix the knowledge base content (Markdown files, WRONG/RIGHT examples) - Run test suites to verify fixes and catch regressions - Maintain and expand the knowledge base as our program evolves This is NOT a software engineering role. The infrastructure is built. You're operating it — editing JSON, writing Markdown, running CLI scripts, reading test reports.
