• Create and release supplier orders in SAP • Monitor the routine of rejected payments and manage the execution of refunds • Analyze and validate alerts generated by the anti-fraud engine • Handle Salesforce requests related to area-specific topics • Process installment settlements using FGTS funds • Support negotiations and handling of excluded quotas

Job Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration or related fields
  • Knowledge of consórcio business rules and experience with Power BI
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Analytical profile, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, strong communication skills for handling client requests, professional maturity and proactivity to manage demands
