• The Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Strategic Growth Department. • This individual is responsible for driving accountability, CRM ownership, reporting, performance analytics, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and operational excellence across the recruiting and expansion organization. • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience owning and administering CRM platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Real estate industry experience, preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, sales, or growth organizations.
  • Experience building reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
