Role Description Our Title Examiner is responsible for the review and interpretation of chains of title obtained from title plant systems for mapped properties with direct starter bases, and the preparation and issuance of preliminary reports. They ensure the accuracy and completeness of title documents and provide detailed reports on their findings. This role also provides assistance for Examiner I. - Verify all property and tax information obtained is complete and correctly reported. - Verify all necessary maps and additional documents for customer packages are made for each search. - Confirm starter base is appropriate for run start date, and all subsequent information is included in search package. - Review and interpret all documents, maps and instruments contained in the chain of title obtained from various property information systems from a direct starter date. - Provide document copies, research projects, color coded maps and other items as requested by escrow departments and clients. - Identify any defects, restrictions, or encumbrances on property titles and recommend corrective actions. - Ensure all title examination activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. - Support Searching Unit as needed for product workflow. Qualifications - Knowledge of locating techniques and legal descriptions used for real property. - Knowledge of real property computer database programs, and the ability to compile accurate and complete title information abstracts from the following real property information systems based on your local operations customarily practice. - Knowledge of title insurance practices, real estate law and Company policy relating to the issuance of preliminary reports. - 6-7 plus years of Title Industry experience, preferably in title examination. - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects. Role Description Sous l'autorité de la directrice général des services, vous serez responsable du service commande publique, assurances et affaires juridiques et aurez en charge l’organisation et le suivi de la commande publique, la gestion des assurances ainsi que l’assistance et le conseil juridique auprès des élus et des services. Organisation de la fonction commande publique : - Préparation et gestion des marchés de la Ville et du CCAS, mise en œuvre des procédures de passation des marchés publics, organisation et suivi des commissions d'appel d'offres et des jurys de concours, participation à la définition des stratégies d'achats. - Rédaction des publicités d'appel à la concurrence, des pièces contractuelles administratives et techniques des dossiers de consultation en relation avec les services, des correspondances et des projets de délibérations. - Assistance aux services et aux élus dans l'évaluation et la définition du besoin, application de la réglementation de la commande publique, contrôle de la bonne exécution des marchés attribués, actualisation des guides internes de la commande publique et des référentiels. - Suivi administratif et financier de ces marchés avec le service des finances.
