Our engineering team, based in Cambridge, MA, and Bangalore, India, develops, customizes, and enhances these applications in collaboration with vendors and business teams. As a Software Engineer Senior II, you will be responsible for: - Designing and building scalable systems to support Akamai's Sales and Marketing technology operations, encompassing platforms like CRM and Data 360, as well as marketing automation tools like Marketing Cloud and Marketo. - Collaborating with Sales and Marketing partners and technical colleagues within the CIO organization. - Understanding requirements by working closely with Sales and Marketing operations and IT Business Systems Analysts. - Leading the adoption of AI solutions, such as Agentforce, Gemini, and Claude, across current and future workflows. - Communicating progress, challenges, and timelines effectively. - Engaging with enterprise architecture groups to ensure alignment. Qualifications - Possess 8+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. - Have a knowledge on Salesforce development is must. - Demonstrate good communication, organizational, and leadership skills in a dynamic team environment. - Apply standard and repeatable software engineering practices effectively. - Support technical user communities with expertise and responsiveness. - Exhibit self-discipline, creativity, and confidence while motivating others.
