Program Operations Intern, Principled Business

Stand Together

• Support planning and execution for virtual and in-person programs (run-of-show, timelines, checklists). • Coordinate logistics and communications with speakers, facilitators, and participants. • Help prepare materials for sessions (agendas, participant packets, links, notes). • Draft and proofread participant emails, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. • Support onboarding workflows (registration, calendars, Zoom links, event FAQs). • Ensure participants have what they need and know what to expect. • Proofread and lightly edit program curricula, handouts, and supporting resources. • Maintain a clean internal library of program assets, templates, and recordings. • Capture session notes and convert them into usable internal documentation. • Build and send post-event surveys, track responses, and summarize results. • Maintain accurate rosters, attendance, and basic program metrics in spreadsheets or tracking tools. • Draft and proofread promotional copy for programs (email invites, short posts, landing page blurbs).

Job Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing skills and good editorial instincts.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces and staying calm under deadlines.
  • Basic fluency with spreadsheets and collaborative tools.
