Role Description En rapport à notre forte croissance, le groupe Jerodia recrute pour les LABORATOIRES GAMARDE : Un/une Responsable Secteur & Grands Comptes / KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (France moitié Nord) - Développement commercial & suivi des clients : - Assurer la prospection et le développement d’un portefeuille de clients BtoB (pharmacies, parapharmacies, magasins bio). - Visiter et animer votre portefeuille (objectifs de chiffre d’affaires, suivi régulier, mise en place d’animations…). - Mener des négociations et assurer le référencement de nos gammes en point de vente. - Gestion des Grands Comptes : - Suivre et développer des comptes clés régionaux (groupements, centrales d’achats locales…). - Mettre en place des plans d’action personnalisés. - Formation & animation terrain : - Former les équipes de vente sur nos produits, nos valeurs et nos engagements. - Participer à des événements professionnels (salons, journées d’animation, réunions commerciales…). Qualifications - De formation commerciale (Bac +2 minimum). - Expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans dans la vente terrain, idéalement dans l’univers pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou bio. - Bon relationnel, autonome, rigoureux(se), et orienté(e) résultats. - Maîtrise des techniques de négociation et gestion de portefeuille clients. - Basé(e) idéalement à Paris ou en Ile-de-France. - Connaissance des circuits de distribution spécialisés (pharmacies, magasins bio) est un véritable atout. Role Description Es el responsable de identificar las necesidades de los contadores independientes y firmas contables para darle una solución a ellos y a sus clientes.
