Role Description We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive who enjoys being at the forefront of sales, building relationships from the very first conversation and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role is focused on the Poland market, where CASAFARI is continuing to grow its presence across Real Estate, PropTech, brokerages, and developers. You will work with data-driven, technology-focused solutions that genuinely impact how real estate professionals make decisions. This is not a role limited to one stage of the funnel. You will own the entire sales journey, from prospecting and lead generation to demos, negotiation, and deal closure. What You’ll Do - Own the full sales cycle - Manage the entire sales process from first contact to contract signature - Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound opportunities - Build and manage your own pipeline with a strong focus on closing - Prospecting & pipeline development - Identify and develop new business opportunities within Poland, targeting Real Estate companies, PropTechs, brokerages, and developers - Run high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social selling - Use LinkedIn and other digital channels to engage prospects and generate qualified leads - Nurture prospects across different funnel stages to maintain a healthy pipeline - Lead qualification & deal management - Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to buy - Maintain accurate CRM data, activity tracking, and sales forecasts in HubSpot - Capture and share customer insights, pain points, and market signals with internal teams - Lead negotiations and manage deals through to successful closure - Sales presentations, demos & closing - Deliver tailored online and in-person product demos showcasing CASAFARI’s Data, API, and MCP solutions - Adapt sales messaging and materials to the Spanish market - Run consultative sales conversations and handle objections with confidence - Negotiate commercial terms and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets - Represent CASAFARI at events, conferences, and webinars when required - Collaboration & handover - Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management with clear handover documentation - Work closely with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure long-term customer success - Share product feedback to help shape future improvements and roadmap decisions Qualifications - Strong commercial acumen with experience in both prospecting and closing - A consultative, customer-focused sales approach with excellent active listening skills - High resilience and persistence in outbound and pipeline-building activities - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to understand and articulate technical and data-driven solutions - Curious, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn fast - Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills - Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment while remaining a strong team player Experience & Skills - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, Data, or API solutions, in a full-cycle or hybrid SDR/AE role - Native Polish and fluent English (C1/C2 level).
