Role Description - Realizar especificação técnica e homologação dos produtos em construtoras, instaladores, engenharias, escritórios de arquitetura e design de interiores; - Realizar visitas de prospecção em obras para apresentação de produtos, esclarecimento de dúvidas técnicas e auxiliar no levantamento de materiais; - Realizar treinamentos dos produtos; - Participar de feiras e eventos na região de atuação; - Manter relacionamento com equipes de vendas dos distribuidores/revendedores de sua região de atuação; - Participar ativamente das negociações para fechamento de pedidos nas obras e construtoras de sua região. Qualifications - Superior completo em Engenharia elétrica, arquitetura e/ou áreas afins; - Conhecimento do Pacote Office; - Conhecimento em conceitos básicos de eletricidade; - Experiência no atendimento a construtoras, escritórios de arquitetura, obras, etc. Requirements - Imprescindível: disponibilidade para viagens de curta duração; - Irá atender clientes nos estados do Sul - Paraná, Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul, necessários residir nesses localidades. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to drive new business growth and foster strong relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and adept at engaging with General Contractor/Self Perform Developers Preconstruction teams and Project Managers. Additionally, they will contact and develop relationships on multifamily jobsites with Superintendents and all of their subcontractors. This role requires identifying customer needs, uncovering new opportunities, and capitalizing on business trends to drive sales growth. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and scale a team of Partner Development Managers (6 today, growing to 8+) and own top-of-funnel relationships with agencies and channel partners that feed the pipeline. In close partnership with the Head of Enterprise Accounts, this leader will ensure seamless hand-offs from new sale to post-sale so that partners experience a single, high-performing David’s Bridal commercial organization. We are looking for someone who can optimize the sales motion while at the same time actively executing against it.
