Title: Senior Project Accountant Location: Remote (United States) Department: OAS - Ajera Job Description: The Senior Project Accountant, Ajera provides transactional and analytical accounting support to AEC clients, including financial reporting, project accounting, payroll reconciliation, and client invoicing. This position serves as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering accurate financial insights, leading financial review meetings, and supporting operational best practices. The ideal candidate has advanced experience with Deltek Ajera, strong general ledger and reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements with accuracy and professionalism. Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $75,000 - $90,000. Role Description We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Accountant to join our growing finance and accounting team reporting to our Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, procurement, payables systems, the General Ledger (GL), and reconciliations and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling AI software/technology environment. This role will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including: - Accounts payable - Travel & expense - Cash management - Prepaids - Accruals This is a temporary role with the potential to convert to full-time employment.
