Title: Senior Project Accountant Location: Remote (United States) Department: OAS - Ajera Job Description: The Senior Project Accountant, Ajera provides transactional and analytical accounting support to AEC clients, including financial reporting, project accounting, payroll reconciliation, and client invoicing. This position serves as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering accurate financial insights, leading financial review meetings, and supporting operational best practices. Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $75,000 - $85,000. • Assist your clients in the complete project cycle; to include project entry, billing and project related reporting. • Ability to reconcile financial discrepancies by researching and analyzing accounting data. • Provide recurring daily/weekly transactional assists to clients including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card import, and consultant invoice management. • Provide month-end closing service to clients, including reconciliation of general ledger, control accounts, bank and credit cards, prepayment and loan schedule updates, etc. • Prepare financial statements. • A problem solver for both the client and SN OAS.
