Senior Strategy Manager – 1:1 Communications, Personalization Strategy

• Own the Growth: Driving Business Outcomes through 1:1 Communications • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital GTM teams to set and drive 1:1 communication targets for your core business portfolios, taking full ownership of sales and growth accountability • Maintain a hands-on watch on all KPIs, clearly articulating the business drivers behind performance shifts (tactics, offers, conversion improvements) • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and translate insights into clear actions and business recommendations • Develop and execute outbound and inbound channels orchestration strategies to effectively retarget customers via 1:1 mediums based on web, app, or inbound call behavior • Lead the prioritization of 1:1 communications initiatives within your business area, partnering with Marketing and Channels to determine which campaigns and tactics should move forward based on business outcome and ROI • Lead your cross-functional stakeholders in effective campaign planning, launching campaigns on time, continuous performance monitoring, insight generation, and data-driven optimization to ensure the team consistently achieves its business goals

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a business growth strategist with a proven record of driving significant business outcomes
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in driving sales and growth across multiple 1:1 comms channels, including email, MMS/RCS, outbound calling, and Push notifications
  • Exceptional ability to influence strategy and drive business outcomes with cross functional (marketing, channels, product, engineering) stakeholders
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team (e.g., a squad, pod) and working with diverse stakeholders to launch rapid optimizations, A/B tests, and new capabilities to drive portfolio sales outcomes with an agile way of working
  • Ability to rapidly build fluency in new platforms, technical concepts, and data environments
