Senior Product Marketing Manager

Senior Demand Generation Manager

• Own Employ's field marketing strategy and execution, delivering high-impact tradeshows, customer events, and ABM experiences that drive pipeline and revenue. • Develop and scale co-marketing programs with strategic partners to generate demand, expand market reach, and create measurable pipeline impact. • Lead execution of Employ's strategic ABM programs, partnering closely with Sales to engage and convert priority accounts into pipeline. • Drive cross-functional marketing campaigns that align content, paid media, lifecycle, web, events, and sales motions to generate pipeline growth. • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to enable the team on marketing programs, maximize campaign effectiveness, ensure strong follow-up execution, and drive pipeline progression across key programs.
