We are seeking a Sr Change Management Consultant to lead strategic communications across the program. You will develop and drive the communication and change management strategy, ensuring all stakeholders — including HR leadership, Procurement, hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers — understand upcoming changes, their impacts, and the actions required of them. Our Sr Change Management Consultant is accountable for: - Developing and recommending communication strategies including stakeholder personas, messaging frameworks, channel mix, and timing aligned to program milestones and releases - Creating and maintaining communication plans and roadmaps, partnering with program leadership and the central communications team to ensure consistency and a unified voice - Developing and delivering targeted communications (emails, presentations, updates) tailored to diverse stakeholder groups - Leading the redesign and ongoing evolution of the program’s stakeholder-facing site: rationalizing content, simplifying navigation, and improving the user experience - Evaluating how communication channels work together and defining the role of each within the broader communications ecosystem - Delivering stakeholder presentations and developing supplemental training materials to reinforce key changes and support readiness - Defining and tracking communication effectiveness measures; gathering stakeholder feedback and adjusting strategies based on insights - Proactively identifying communication risks, gaps, and stakeholder impacts; recommending mitigation strategies and additional interventions - Coordinating across stakeholders to gather system updates, business context, and operational details; synthesizing inputs into clear, audience-appropriate messaging Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: - 5+ years of experience in change management, strategic communications, or stakeholder engagement within large-scale programs - Proven ability to develop communication strategies and plans for complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives - Experience creating and delivering targeted communications across multiple channels and audience segments - Track record of leading content strategy or site redesign efforts to improve stakeholder experience - Proficiency in change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8-Step Process - Experience with content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow) for stakeholder-facing site management - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging from frontline workers to senior executives - Strategic thinker who connects communication plans to program objectives and business outcomes - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables across stakeholder groups - Collaborative and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to coordinate across diverse teams Preferred Experience: - Prosci or equivalent change management certification - Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or contingent workforce programs - Background in communications for ERP, VMS, or workforce management system rollouts - Knowledge of HTML, SharePoint, or ServiceNow for supporting site updates - Experience with UX writing, information architecture, or user-centered content design Base pay range for this position is $73,875 - $98,500 per year.
