Job Requirements
- 10+ years of business development or relationship management experience in crypto, trading, brokerage, private client services, or fintech.
- Strong track record of growing revenue through direct acquisition and retention of high-value clients.
- Experience leading commercial teams and executing BD strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of LATAM’s crypto and trading landscape, user motivations, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and negotiate at a senior level.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity with ownership and urgency.

Role Description The Senior Partner Director, Retail expertly drives client outreach/prospecting and proposals, and actively works to convert new and existing partners to long-term strategic partnerships. As a seller at Fetch, you’ll own complex sales cycles from outreach through close, identify opportunities, craft proposals, and build trusted executive-level relationships. You’ll partner with Account Managers to expand partnerships and collaborate with senior team members to refine your approach. You will set the standard for AI-driven selling using advanced tools for executive storytelling, predictive modeling, competitive position, and long-range planning. You’ll mentor others while shaping AI-enabled strategies and processes. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Compensation At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $189,500 and the on-target earnings (OTE) range is $306,250-$331,625.
