Role Description ERS ELITE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veteran Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team. This role is designed for active-duty military personnel transitioning to civilian careers through the DOD SkillBridge Program. • Define and implement the data architecture strategy for our SaaS platform. • Define a data platform that allows strong data governance, sound operational control, and the flexibility needed by end customers. • Lead the design and guide the development of scalable models, data pipelines, and data warehouses / lakes using Azure Fabric. • Collaborate with product teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Develop and maintain a data governance framework. • Oversee the implementation of data integration, ETL processes, and data migration strategies. • Design and implement advanced analytics and reporting solutions to support business decision-making. • Partner with other architects and engineers to design and deliver AI solutions using the most current AI practices. • Mentor and guide junior data engineers and architects. • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.​

Role Description COMPANY has an immediate need for a full-time Senior Claims Examiner to support our workers compensation department. This position is offered as a fully remote work from home opportunity and the schedule for this position is Monday-Friday at 37.5 hours a week. The Senior Claims Examiner will adjust workers’ compensation claims from inception through settlement and closure, ensuring timely processing of claims and payment of benefits, managing, and directing medical treatment, setting reserves, and negotiating settlements. • Build, manage and own the process and quality assurance of a structured sales onboarding program, including a multi-week bootcamp to accelerate ramp time for sellers, 45-90-day certification milestones, and seller requirements. • Manage onboarding logistics and coordinate SME-led training sessions across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations (G&A). • Incorporate MEDDIC methodology into onboarding curriculum, including deal qualification expectations, training materials, and manager alignment sessions against our Tech Stack. • Build and maintain a centralized enablement resource repository: onboarding schedules, training recordings, product materials, MEDDIC resources, sales playbooks, ROI calculators, and battlecards. • Design, develop and deliver enablement content, training sessions, and reinforcement materials across the full sales lifecycle. • Own and execute enablement efforts and support the adoption of new tools, processes, and GTM strategies through change management and training. • Develop, maintain and track sales enablement accountability standards, how the sales organization is expected to engage with, apply, and be evaluated against enablement programs. • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness; continuously optimize based on data and sales leadership feedback. • Partner with Sales Operations on tool adoption, CRM hygiene tied to enablement inputs, and Salesforce-integrated workflows. • Collaborate with leadership to support sales manager enablement and coaching frameworks. • Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted enablement and training solutions. • Maintain a consistent enablement calendar aligned to business priorities, product releases, industry and company events. • Support and execute change management and training efforts for new tools, GTM strategy shifts, and process rollouts.

• Oversee end-to-end invoicing in NetSuite (subscriptions, usage, fixed-fee, milestone, T&M, and credit/rebill scenarios). • Lead, mentor, and develop the Billing/Invoicing and Collections teams (hiring, training, performance management, workload planning). • Establish team KPIs, SLAs, and a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer service. • Ensure accuracy of order data flow from Salesforce to NetSuite, minimizing manual adjustments. • Own monthly billing cycles, cutoffs, and quality controls; manage billing calendars and exception handling. • Partner with Revenue Accounting to support ASC 606 compliance, billing schedules, revenue schedules, and audit requests. • Manage collections strategy, outreach cadences, and dispute resolution; reduce DSO and aging A/R. • Oversee cash application, unapplied cash resolution, and credit memos. • Build dashboards and aging reports; escalate chronic delinquencies and collaborate with Sales/CS on retention impacts. • Implement internal controls to support close accuracy and external audit readiness. • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
