Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

Geneo

• Leads the strategy and execution of Geneo LLC’s full funnel marketing engine • Oversees brand storytelling, organic and paid growth, earned media, and revenue-driving digital programs • Creates cross channel cohesion and directs a hybrid team of in-house talent and external specialists • Builds and leads the annual integrated marketing plan across brand, growth, content, social, PR, influencer, and paid media • Owns development and governance of Geneo’s brand narrative, positioning, voice, and messaging architecture • Directs quarterly content pillars that serve both providers and consumers • Guides content direction across web, email, sales collateral, campaigns, and national events • Manages PR partner and press strategy, ensuring industry coverage • Oversees paid search, paid social, programmatic, and performance campaigns • Builds dashboards and reporting for Leadership to assess performance across the funnel • Partners with Product and Operations to ensure smooth customer experience and inventory planning.

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or digital storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to lead content initiatives across digital channels with measurable business impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at crafting messaging for a variety of audiences and channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and attribution
  • Experience with editorial calendars, campaign planning, and performance reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as CMS platforms, HubSpot, project management tools, AI writing assistants, and analytics dashboards
  • Experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry strongly preferred.
