• Strive to be a student of your trade and learn the Oil and Gas business to connect with our workforce • Review resumes to understand candidate experience, knowledge, certifications, etc to quickly and efficiently identify individuals for current and potential clients • Source viable candidates for a variety of roles across multiple categories • Leverage internal network / platform for viable candidates • Recruit potential candidates outside of RigUp using a variety of sources • Sell potential candidates on the opportunity and value of RigUp to build pipeline of available workers in the energy market • Collaborate with sales partners and leadership plan and execute the top priorities including sourcing and submittal of candidates • Support the Workforce team in responding to questions or requests for workers • Provide market trends and insight based on recruiting and sourcing experience for the team to inform and educate clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a customer or client facing role (e.g. recruiting, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.)
- Must have 3+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Experience working with account manager/executives/sales teams
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines
- Ability to utilize multiple computer platforms at the same time for varying functions
- Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base
- Excellent ability to communicate both, written and verbally, with a variety of audiences
- Exceptional responsiveness and the flexibility to address client needs beyond standard business hours

Position Summary Magnit’s Direct Sourcing solution utilizes cutting edge AI technology and best-in-class curation services to match candidates from private talent pools to open positions. The Talent Sourcing Partner (TSP) is most often working remotely supporting a specific client(s) and is responsible for the day to day delivery of Direct Sourcing services. This role REQUIRES healthcare recruitment experience The TSP is a client-facing role that engages regularly with client hiring managers to deliver the services outlined in Magnit’s Scope of Work. As a business partner, the TSP regularly leads direct sourcing initiatives with representatives of Client corporate functions (Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Operations, Vendor Management, Information Systems, Risk Management) and third party suppliers. In addition, the TSP works closely with Magnit colleagues from various departments who contribute to delivery excellence. The TSP works under the direction of a Direct Sourcing Manager to ensure candidates from talent communities associated with our clients are curated through the contingent hiring process. TSPs will consult with client stakeholders to enable talent curation strategies and campaigns in order to ensure labor sourcing goals are met. A TSP will be expected to build trusting relationships with Direct Sourcing candidates from cradle to grave with the goal of giving every candidate a noteworthy, delightful experience. TSPs will demonstrate creative solutioning, data driven decision making, and a “people first” approach to achieving program success. TSPs will fulfill high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to client’s culture, expectations, and code of conduct. Primary Responsibilities Direct Sourcing engagements may vary depending on the client demand. In all cases, the TSP is viewed as a Business Partner who provides ongoing consultation to ensure an optimal execution of agreed upon scope. Curation Services - Oversee and manage the fulfillment of contingent worker requisitions through the Direct Sourcing solution - Validate new openings, review matched candidates, submit best matches to hiring managers, communicate with and guide candidates through the process, facilitate manager decision making. - Engage with hiring managers and others to ensure quality job descriptions to ensure candidate fit, quantity, and rate optimization. - Develop and deploy strategies to attract candidates to the talent pool, ensure worker information is up to date and that the appropriate skill sets are present to meet client needs - Meet with managers and their leadership to update direct sourcing strategy and talent pool development - Actively ensure optimal communication between hiring managers and candidates to yield timely and effective fulfillment. - Educate and guide hiring managers on appropriate all-inclusive market bill rates based on review of the job duties and supplier candidate submission to ensure appropriate rates and timely requisition fulfillment - Identify process efficiencies and recommend implementation to the Program Manager - On occasion manage or assist with third party payroll and/or 1099 Compliance work General Functions: - Maintain an updated Desk SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day operations so that the program functions efficiently - Evaluate all processes with an eye to effectiveness and efficiency.
