Senior/Lead Recruiter – Infrastructure

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from major data center operators, renewable energy developers, and the power/grid sector. • Screen and assess candidates for both specialized technical excellence and cultural alignment. • Run high-velocity, high-quality hiring processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate post-interview debriefs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in highly competitive US infrastructure and energy markets. • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand their technical requirements, hiring needs, and timelines.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on technical or energy infrastructure in high-growth or startup environments.
- Proven track record filling critical upstream roles, including Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.
- Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, highly competitive engineering and infrastructure skill sets in the US market.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted talent advisor rather than just a process manager.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization, from technical engineering leads to executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to compel and pitch experienced infrastructure professionals on a high-growth startup mission.
- Experience with modern ATS tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices to keep hiring velocity high.
