• This program provides IT services focused on building, securing, and operating the Department of Veteran Affairs LGY’s home loan product-line technology. • The contract’s purpose is to modernize and sustain critical home loan technology systems that support LGY’s delivery of mortgage-related services to program stakeholders, to provide continuous delivery and security integration. • We are seeking a Java / Full Stack Engineer with experience (or strong interest) in mortgage and fintech platforms to build and enhance scalable, secure, and compliant digital lending solutions. • This role will focus on developing end-to-end systems that support loan origination, servicing, portfolio management, and financial data workflows. • You will collaborate with product, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, borrower experience, and regulatory alignment.

The contract’s purpose is to modernize and sustain critical home loan technology systems that support LGY’s delivery of mortgage-related services to program stakeholders, to provide continuous delivery and security integration. **Position Description:** The Performance Developer will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Loan Guaranty Service (LGY). The Performance developer will be responsible for building the observability & monitoring artifacts, telemetry and logging that supports serverless system performance, diagnosing performance bottlenecks, and supporting performance optimization efforts across the LGY platform. The Performance Developer will not just write Lambda code, they will own the engineering pattern for how LGY Lambda services are built, instrumented with AWS ADOT, deployed through CI/CD, tested, and monitored in Dynatrace & Splunk. This role works closely with development first and then assists operations teams to ensure system performance scalability, and reliability across Salesforce and AWS-based integration services. The ideal candidate must have development experience working with API-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, and performance monitoring tools to develop & analyze telemetry, logs, and system metrics to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Lead development of documentation and SOPs. • Develop product roadmap. • Assist with identifying Okta features, both in early access or available, that can bring value to GSA’s platform and customer experience. • Plan and document user test cases for new features and upcoming functionality for the GSA Auth platform, as well as participate in testing activities. • Work with the customer to collect and document requirements. • Work with the customer on planning enterprise-wide communications for upcoming changes to the GSA Auth platform. • Lead and participate in daily stand-ups. • Monitor and report on metrics. • Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders. • Ensure that the team's progress is transparent and visible to all relevant parties. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and embrace a flexible mindset to deliver on time and in line with Agile principles. • Escalates issues to vendor and third-party entities, as necessary and directed by the Government. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and client personnel at all levels. • Prepares and presents written and oral reports.
• Support the automation, maintenance, and reliability of LGY development and deployment pipelines. • Ensure that system environments and deployments remain stable, secure, and compliant with VA OIT standards. • Work closely with development, operations, and release management teams to support CI/CD processes and ensure efficient environment management across the LGY platform.
• The Salesforce Pipeline Engineer will support the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Loan Guaranty Service (LGY) within the production operations environment. • The Salesforce Pipeline Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Salesforce deployment pipelines, supporting automated builds and deployments, and ensuring code changes are promoted through environments in accordance with VA OIT release management processes.
**Position Description:** The Microsoft Administrator II or equivalent is responsible for managing and maintaining the agency’s Microsoft-based IT infrastructure. This role includes overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, Teams, and Azure. The administrator ensures the secure, stable, and efficient operation of these systems by performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting tasks. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure system integrity and security. Services shall include, but are not limited to, technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues; incident and problem resolution; service request management; infrastructure monitoring and support; hardware and software lifecycle support; and management of escalation across all tiers.* **Position Description:** *Manage and maintain the virtualized IT infrastructure to ensure its stability, performance, and security. Administer on-prem and cloud hosted environments, resolving virtualization-related issues, and supporting NCUA IT initiatives. • The Salesforce Developer will support the design, build, and maintenance of Salesforce features for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Loan Guaranty Service (LGY). • This role will be hands-on with Salesforce object mapping defects, validating Apex callouts and Named Credentials, implementing hotfixes, validating permission set configurations, monitoring Salesforce debug logs, and assisting in production deployments. • This role supports both ongoing sustainment and incremental enhancements to an existing enterprise Salesforce implementation, requiring strong judgment, code quality, and the ability to work within established architectural and compliance constraints.
