Role Description We are seeking a highly driven, autonomous, and resilient Outbound Sales Specialist to drive business development and lead pipeline growth. This role is strictly designed for a proactive sales professional who excels at prospecting, initiating conversations, and securing qualified appointments within the digital marketing sphere. This is the right role for an ambitious individual who thrives in an uncapped commission environment, takes absolute ownership of their pipeline, and understands the mechanics of US B2B sales. It is not the right role for someone who requires constant handholding, struggles with rejection, or waits for inbound leads to be handed to them. The ideal candidate brings proven outbound prospecting experience, a solid grasp of digital marketing agency offerings, and the strategic agility to navigate gatekeepers to engage key decision-makers. US experience is required. Digital marketing agency experience is preferred. - Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and lead generation targeting US-based companies to build a healthy pipeline. - Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling) to identify and qualify decision-makers. - Consultatively pitch agency offerings, effectively matching prospects' business needs to the agency's lower-priced scalable products or high-ticket massive web projects. - Manage and maintain accurate lead data, communication histories, and pipeline stages inside GoHighLevel CRM. - Secure and schedule highly qualified appointments and pitch meetings for the agency's leadership team. - Track, analyze, and report on daily and weekly outbound outreach KPIs to ensure steady progress toward monthly sales targets. - Participate actively in mandatory weekly all-staff team strategy alignments. Qualifications - 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, specifically operating as an appointment setter or business development representative. - Proven track record of working with digital marketing agencies, with an understanding of SEO, web development, and social media marketing frameworks. - Native-level English proficiency with excellent, neutral verbal and written communication skills optimized for US corporate clientele. - Strong pipeline management experience utilizing modern CRMs (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus). - Resilient mindset with a demonstrable ability to self-manage, drive high outbound volumes, and maintain high performance under commission-driven targets. - Experience navigating the culture and business landscape of the US private B2B market.
