Global Software Sales Manager

PSC Biotech Corporation

• The role as a Software Sales Manager and is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving platform usage, and supporting overall business growth. • Manage customer relationships and adoption. • Provide frontline sales leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for the sales/account management business functions. • Own achievement of team revenue objectives, including new business acquisition, renewals, expansion revenue, and customer retention targets. • Drive predictable revenue growth through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and execution. • Lead, mentor, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers to maximize individual and team performance. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Customer Stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and success criteria. • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans to support organizational growth. • Monitor pipeline health, opportunity progression, sales cycle effectiveness, and forecast accuracy across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in SaaS direct sales leadership and customer success in life sciences/pharmaceutical regulatory industries.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong learning mindset with ability to deeply understand software and pharmaceutical regulatory environments.
  • Organizational skills with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and new technologies.
  • Knowledge of eQMS market and regulatory/compliance frameworks for life sciences is a plus.
  • Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading sales/account teams is strongly preferred.

Title: Territory Sales Representative (Eastern Washington / North Idaho) Location: Spokane United States Job Description: Job Description: The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals mainly in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories within an assigned territory, through the effective selling and promoting of Nobel Biocare products, solutions and services to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics. Present appropriate, products, solutions and services. - Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends. Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals. - Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products, solutions and services offered; implement and monitor creative marketing activities aimed at expanding/growing core business. - Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; develop and implement creative strategies aimed at converting these prospective customers from competition to a new customer. - Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders.
