• Lead efforts in Mountain West region driving new business acquisition • Work collaboratively with support and leadership teams maximizing revenue in the Mountain West and Southwest regions • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our channel network • Develop and execute a partner recruitment plan within your specific region • Support existing partner activities region • Leverage Partner Development resources to align comprehensive training and enablement programs to equip partners with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell and support our solutions • Collaborate with the channel and marketing teams to share partner feedback on collateral, and marketing campaigns to fit their specific ICP • Provide ongoing support and guidance alongside channel team to partners, including supporting deal registration, technical assistance through our sales engineering team, and assistance with lead generation
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience leveraging channel sales and partner management
- Strong understanding of the Master Agent/Technology Service Distributor (TSD) ecosystem
- Proven track record in attaining quota in new business roles
- Strong understanding of the MDR market, cybersecurity industry and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
