Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Appinio
Role Description We're looking for a proactive and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our business globally. In this role, you'll own end-to-end hiring across business and technical functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide market insights, challenge assumptions, and help shape hiring decisions. This role goes far beyond managing recruitment processes: - Own end-to-end recruitment across business (commercial and research) roles while also managing some technical roles. - Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies. - Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions. - Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across the DACH region and other key markets (France, Spain, UK, US, Latam). - Create and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring effectiveness. - Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to streamline processes and reporting. - Stay up to date on market trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging recruiting technologies. - Support employer branding initiatives like our "Life at Appinio" Blog and strengthen our position as an employer of choice. Qualifications - You have a university degree and 4-6 years of end-to-end in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - You have successfully hired across business functions (including commercial roles) and have been exposed to hiring for tech roles. - You understand and have an interest in learning about the Market Research industry and key target talent pools. - You bring strong recruiting experience in the DACH market; experience in the UK, France, Spain, Latam, or the US is a plus. - You are an exceptional sourcer with a proven track record of generating hires through proactive outreach. - You are confident partnering with and constructively challenging hiring managers. - You use data and metrics to drive decisions and improve hiring outcomes. - You proactively identify opportunities and solve problems rather than simply executing requests. - You have extensive experience with ATS and recruitment technology, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby. - You are highly organized, fluent in English, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. - You are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and automation. Benefits - Flexibility Policy: The average PTO is 30 days, however, we do not have a hard cap on the number of vacation days as we know life happens! - Temporary work from abroad: If you're based in the EU, you can work outside your country of residence for up to 180 days per year. - All the hardware you need and your own MacBook. - If you are located in Hamburg or Berlin, you'll get a Deutschland ticket or access to a mobility budget with the NAVIT app to get you to and from the office space. - Subsidised Urban Sports Club or Class Pass membership based on location. - If you’re located in one of the cities where most of our fellow Appinioneers are (Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, London, Madrid, Barcelona, or New York), you can get access to our co-working spaces. Company Description We’re Appinio, a global market research company that combines an AI-powered insights platform with expert consultancy. On a mission to make the world a little more fact-based, we help companies understand how consumers think and make smarter decisions. We started out in Hamburg back in 2014, but we’re now humbled to call the world our playground, with over 260 employees spread across 13 countries (we’re remote-first), 2600+ international clients, delivering research from +190 markets, globally.
