Role Description As a Working Student Marketing DACH, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, content, and go-to-market initiatives across the DACH region. What you’ll be doing - Contribute to content creation across channels, including blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns, leveraging AI tools in a thoughtful and effective way. - Maintain and update website content using CMS tools like HubSpot. - Own and manage parts of the monthly marketing newsletter, including content coordination, setup, sending, and performance tracking. - Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing reports and studies in close collaboration with our Research team, including questionnaire setup, data preparation, and creation of result overviews. - Support PR activities such as drafting press materials, researching relevant journalists, and tracking coverage. - Help localize global marketing and product content for the DACH market, including adapting presentations and sales materials. - Contribute to content management and sales enablement by organizing and maintaining marketing assets for cross-functional use. - Support CRM management in HubSpot, including data hygiene and database maintenance. - Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events (e.g. webinars, roundtables, trade fairs), including coordination, logistics, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our internal IT infrastructure, providing timely technical support to employees, and managing our cloud-based SaaS applications. What you will be doing SaaS Tool Administration - You will be the primary contact for managing our critical Software as a Service (SaaS) tools. - Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp and other SaaS tools across the business, ensuring user accounts and security settings are correctly managed. - Provisioning and management of our fleet of macOS endpoints via Mosyle MDM, as well as administration of our BYOD program via Google Workspace.
