• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned speakers throughout the planning process and onsite experience • Support speakers with session preparation, scheduling, deadlines, presentation collection, and logistics coordination • Coordinate and track speaker deliverables including bios, headshots, presentations, agreements, and related materials • Partner with internal teams including content, registration, housing, AV/production, and client leads to ensure a seamless speaker experience • Maintain accurate speaker tracking documents and provide regular status updates on deliverables and outstanding items • Develop and manage speaker communications, reminders, and deadline-driven outreach • Assist with onsite speaker management including speaker ready rooms, session support, schedule changes, and escalations as needed • Help create a polished, high-touch speaker experience from initial outreach through event execution

Role Description As a Field and Event Marketer at Pogo, you'll own conferences, dinners, and IRL events as core B2B channels.
