Role Description This position is needed to play a key role in further growing the business. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue through customer acquisition, value/solution selling, and closing deals across all segments throughout EMEA. - Responsible for net new customer acquisition and driving new revenue for a specific territory while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. - Work with customers across all verticals to understand their business and technical requirements. - Understand the capabilities of Twilio’s communications API platform to design a solution for specific use case needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support) to address customer requirements and advise on digital communication strategies. - Possess world-class interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex technical and financial details. - Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals simultaneously. - Think outside the box, build new processes, and help the team to create a playbook. Qualifications - At least 2 years of sales/customer facing experience in a tech space, with a record of top performance. - An understanding of the cloud computing/communications business model and excitement for selling to a technical audience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and financial details. - Technical solutions selling experience and enjoys working with real customers—listening to them and solving problems. - High adaptability, with comfort trying new things in a rapid-paced environment. Requirements - This role will be remote and based in Ireland. - Occasional travel may be required to participate in project or team in-person meetings. • Provide sales leadership by managing a team of International Recruitment Specialists to sell to new hosts and renew existing host relationships within a defined territory. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned region to meet and exceed seasonal goals. • Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members. • Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing relationships. • Provide gold standard account management to host accounts in your region by building long-term relationships, ensuring the international recruitment specialists are delivering on commitments, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention. • Participate in high-level sales activities, including presentations to prospective and current hosts. • Consult with hosts on hiring strategies aligned with participant availability and market trends. • Work cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and program quality. • Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders through proactive communication and support.
