• Lead morning huddles that energize the team and set the tone for the day • Conduct over-the-shoulder trainings, scheduled roleplays, and 1:1 development conversations • Coach agents through every stage of the script: opening, objection handling, and close • Facilitate self-review discussions and deliver Salesforce feedback tasks • Help agents stay connected to best practices: contact cadence, script steps, and post-sale follow-through • Ensure agents are always tech-ready and set up for success • Navigate performance conversations with care and clear documentation, using Acknowledgement Forms • Review QA results and address gaps with a coaching mindset • Be present on live calls and offer real-time feedback that agents can actually use • Get on the phones yourself and show them what strong execution looks and feels like • Handle refund requests and customer escalations with good judgment and a focus on what is right for both the customer and the business • Partner with the Appointment Setting team to facilitate seamless setter-to-closer handoffs and set everyone up to win • Work alongside Onboarding, Quality Assurance, and Operations to deliver a great customer experience • Bring patterns and insights to leadership so the whole team can keep improving
• You will own the onboarding, training, and daily productivity of our Recovery and Restock operation: Decline Recovery agents, Abandoned Cart agents, Appointment Setters, and Restock agents. • You will also oversee our QA team lead and our Sales Coordinators who keep our Protocol Review appointments running at an 80 percent show rate. • You manage the leads, the queues, the people, and the pace. • You are not a babysitter. You are the engine. • On any given day, you will: Get agents certified and revenue-ready, not just trained. • Allocate leads across channels in real time based on volume, priority, and headcount. • Run power hours, redirect agents, and keep idle time at zero. • Review QA trends and turn them into coaching conversations and script updates. • Document performance issues, build the record, and bring recommendations to leadership that stand on their own. • Make sure every agent on your team knows FCC and TCPA compliance standards before they place their first call.
• Editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) designed for engagement and retention • Editing long-form YouTube videos (talking head, tutorials, documentary-style) • Adding captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and color grading • Working from creative briefs—and sometimes helping shape them • Collaborating with our marketing team during US business hours (EST–PST, your choice) • Managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times • Iterating on edits based on feedback and performance data
Role Description As a Protocol Review Specialist, you'll conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers who've purchased our skin care and wellness products. Your mission? Guide them through personalized protocols that optimize their results, and their lives. - Walk customers step-by-step through science-backed wellness protocols tailored to the products they've purchased. - Identify when customers could benefit from additional supplements, products, or devices to support their beauty goals using a proven permission-based selling approach. - Generate a sale on 30%-40% of the appointments, with an average order value around 2X what the customer spent online. - Sell anywhere from $500 to $1,000 every day, depending on skill level and commitment to excellence. - Enjoy a calendar full of scheduled appointments, a beautifully designed and lightning fast CRM and Phone System, and the fulfilling work of helping people live their healthiest life. Qualifications - Genuine passion for skincare, health, and wellness. - Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Commitment to full-time work (40 hours/week, usually Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm CST with weekend appointments for added earning potential). - Commission-driven mindset motivated by performance-based unlimited earning potential. Requirements - Stable high-speed internet (40 Mbps+ upload and 40 Mbps+ download required). - Processing power and internet stability (Octane Speed 20,000+). - Backup system for power/internet outages (i.e. dedicated hotspot and power bank to last the entire day). - Reliable computer with working mic, camera, and noise-cancelling headset (Zoom-ready). Compensation - $4.00/hour draw. - 15% commissions on Net Sales (Gross Sales minus Refunds). - You earn whichever is greater: draw or commission. About the role As our Training & Onboarding Leader, you’ll design and deliver a structured onboarding experience that turns new hires into confident, skilled outbound sales agents.. fast. This is a fully remote, US-based role. You’ll own the learning architecture, facilitate one-week onboarding cohorts virtually, coach agents through early ramp, and collaborate with Sales, Ops, and QA to ensure what you’re teaching maps directly to live performance. You’ll also spend roughly 15–20% of your week supporting recruiting; screening candidates for the coachability and communication skills that make your job easier. What you’ll own • Instructional design. Design and deliver a tight, structured one-week virtual onboarding program built on sound adult learning principles • Sales methodology. Train agents on our proven, scripted sales approach; helping them internalize the methodology so it sounds natural, not robotic • Coaching. Identify strengths and development gaps early; provide real-time coaching to accelerate ramp-to-performance • Cross-functional alignment. Partner with Sales, Ops, and QA to ensure training content stays connected to live call quality and performance data • Recruiting support. Source and screen candidates for verbal skills, coachability, and emotional intelligence (~15–20% of your week) What we’re looking for Must-haves: • Deep expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design - this is the foundation everything else is built on • Proven ability to facilitate engaging virtual training programs; you can hold a room over Zoom as well as in person • Strong coaching instincts - you spot what’s not working before the numbers tell you • Fully remote-capable and digitally self-sufficient; you troubleshoot tools independently and teach others to do the same •Based in the United States with reliable internet and a private workspace ★ Strong plus: ESL or cross-cultural training experience We hire internationally for other roles and our sales team reflects that. If you’ve designed or delivered training for non-native English speakers or across cultural contexts, you’ll bring immediate value to how we build our programs. ★ Strong plus: Experience training in a scripted sales environment If you’ve trained agents to deliver structured, highly scripted sales conversations (phone sales, outbound call centers, DTC) that experience translates directly. General sales training backgrounds are welcome, but scripted-environment experience is what moves you to the top of our list.
