Essential Functions: - Manage a high volume of open requisitions across engineering, technical, and professional services teams while maintaining strong organization and responsiveness - Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support recruiting strategies and hiring goals - Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, Boolean searches, networking, and creative sourcing techniques - Support senior recruiters on targeted sourcing initiatives and difficult-to-fill technical roles - Write engaging outreach messages and job advertisements that attract talent in competitive markets - Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system - Screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience - Assist with recruitment marketing, social recruiting efforts, and employer branding initiatives - Track recruiting activity and sourcing effectiveness to support data-driven decision making - Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing tools, AI technology, and talent market insights - Support university recruiting and early-career talent initiatives as needed Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience. - 2-5 years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or staffing experience. - Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working within Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social sourcing, and internet search techniques. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging outreach messaging. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to expand recruiting and sourcing capabilities. - Ability to balance recruiting operations with creative sourcing support. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using Oracle Taleo - Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. Physical Requirements: - Ability to work remotely from a home office or other suitable work environment. - Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods while conducting recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and administrative activities. - Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, email, and other digital collaboration tools. • The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will work closely with our marketing team to produce high-quality, visually engaging content for a variety of platforms. • Creating book cover design, brand specific collaterals • Collaborate with marketing team and authors to develop design and video content that effectively promotes our books and authors • Design promotional materials for books, including ads, flyers, and other marketing collateral • Create video content, including book trailers, author interviews, and promotional videos • Manage social media channels and create engaging content to promote our books and authors • Collaborate with authors and other stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate and aligned with the brand • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. • Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates • Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment. • Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. • Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions. • Collaborate with various organizations including tertiary institutions for recruitment events, internship and talent pipelining • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

• Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities • Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources • Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops • Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students • Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork • Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thrive • Ensuring our Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets
