• Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized IT documentation repository covering infrastructure systems, network topology, server configurations, and asset inventories. • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, technical guides, and architecture diagrams for all IT infrastructure components. • Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control practices across the IT team. • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. • Manage document lifecycle processes including creation, approval, revision, and archival. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and related infrastructure. • Document change management activities, including system upgrades, patching schedules, and infrastructure modifications. • Support incident management processes by maintaining accurate records of incidents, root cause analyses (RCA), and resolution steps. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to capture and translate technical knowledge into clear, structured documentation. • Ensure IT documentation aligns with ITIL frameworks, ISO 27001, or other relevant standards adopted by the organization. • Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting accurate, up-to-date documentation packages. • Identify documentation gaps and proactively develop materials to address operational and compliance risks. • Liaise with system administrators, network engineers, security teams, and business units to gather technical information for documentation purposes. • Provide guidance and training to IT staff on documentation tools, standards, and best practices. • Prepare reports and dashboards on documentation coverage and status for IT management review.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable internal web applications and business systems. • Lead fullstack development across frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure. • Gather business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. • Develop workflow automation, ticketing systems, dashboards, and operational platforms. • Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities. • Ensure applications are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable. • Support deployment, troubleshooting, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of applications.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and operational workflows. • Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise platforms. • Develop AI-powered solutions for workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, knowledge retrieval, reporting, and process automation. • Create and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based AI services. • Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities. • Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards. • Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI agent performance and reliability.

• Provide technical service to end users, 1st level support and resolution for all information technology matters. • Troubleshooting issues related to corporate devices, applications, phones and IT related peripherals. • Manage Mac OS, Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Office Applications, network connectivity, printer troubleshooting and other standard application support. • Manage email messaging configurations and troubleshooting issues for Outlook or other email services. • Manage desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis, escalation to the manufacturer if necessary. • Performing IT administrative task for new joiners and leavers; setting up the accounts access and devices. • Comprehensive documentation updates of all support cases using the ticketing system and also in the knowledge base. • Maintain IT Inventory and asset tagging of IT assets, parts, licenses and hardware. • Knowledgeable on different IT Technologies where continuous learning in the work field is expected. • Maintain a high degree of customer service to all employees, vendors, and clients of the company and adhere to all service management principles. • Ensuring that all cases assigned is resolved within SLA following the case priority. • Adhoc duties as assigned

• SOC Operations Support: Monitor security alerts and events within the SOC, contributing to real-time threat detection and response. Participate in incident triage, investigation, and resolution to ensure minimal downtime and data integrity. • Cybersecurity Configuration Management: Design, implement, and maintain secure configurations for hardware, software, and cloud environments. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or Singapore's Cybersecurity Act. • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex security issues, including misconfigurations, unauthorized access attempts, and system anomalies. Use debugging tools and methodologies to root-cause problems and prevent recurrence. • Team Collaboration and Training: Work closely with SOC analysts and other departments to enhance overall security posture. Provide guidance and training to junior staff on cybersecurity engineering. • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend new tools, processes, and technologies to improve vulnerability scanning efficiency and SOC effectiveness. Participate in tabletop exercises and simulations to refine response protocols

• Respond and follow through customer enquiries on the IT requests in a prompt and professional manner. • Inform customer any unforeseen delays in IT run rate quotation and delivery lead times, as applicable. • Follow through on pending customer quotations with the respective internal quotation team. • Support the Enterprise Account Managers to provide timely updates and reply to customer urgent requests. • Maintain a strong knowledge of company’s products and services offerings • Actively involved in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries. • Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for procurement requirements, improve pricing and terms with suppliers • Support the sales team in ensuring that quotes needed are collected in a timely manner, take initiatives to clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts. • Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance • Preparation of Proposals, Sales Agreements and/ or Contracts when necessary • Participate or lead in new product introductions when required • Communicate with suppliers and customers, developed long term relationship • Other ad-hoc operational requirement

• Generate and qualify leads through cold-calling • Create and maintain positive client relationships • Conduct effective sales pitches to potential customers via phone • Correspond with customers through phone, e-mails, LinkedIn and/ or other electronic communications • Manage and update leads on CRM • Following up on all leads
