Talent Acquisition Specialist
Weekday
• The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will work closely with our marketing team to produce high-quality, visually engaging content for a variety of platforms. • Creating book cover design, brand specific collaterals • Collaborate with marketing team and authors to develop design and video content that effectively promotes our books and authors • Design promotional materials for books, including ads, flyers, and other marketing collateral • Create video content, including book trailers, author interviews, and promotional videos • Manage social media channels and create engaging content to promote our books and authors • Collaborate with authors and other stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate and aligned with the brand • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Job Requirements
- Min Experience: 2 years
- Strong understanding of AI such as GPT, Canva AI, Perplexity, Gemini etc
- Strong design and video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including authors, marketing team members, and publishers
- Familiarity with publishing industry and trends
