Recruitment Officer – Traineeships, Part-Time

Juniper Training Ltd

• Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities • Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources • Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops • Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students • Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork • Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thrive • Ensuring our Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths
  • Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated and goal-driven with experience in sales, outreach, or marketing
  • Organised and proactive with strong time-management skills
  • Able to build rapport with young people and guide them on their career journey
  • Familiar with using social media platforms to promote services and engage potential students
