Role Description Für unsere neuen, tollen Lern-Spiele (KANTONSSPIEL-Schweiz, SEHENSWÜRDIGKEITENSPIEL-Schweiz und STÄDTESPIEL-Schweiz) suchen wir Jemanden, der in Eigenregie Termine mit den Schulen abspricht, persönlich vorbeigeht und dort Bestellungen aufnimmt. Pro verkauftes Spiel gibt es eine faire Erfolgsprovision! Unsere Spiele sind 100% in der Schweiz produziert, NACHHALTIG und OHNE Plastik und die Schüler/ innen (ab 8 Jahren) profitieren vom "spielend lernen"- Prinzip. - Wir liefern dir die Datenbank mit den meisten Schulen der Deutschschweiz. - Du sprichst selbstständig die Termine und die gesamte Koordination würde über dich laufen. - Eine Schulklasse besteht meist aus 15-20 Schülern, was 2-3 Spiele pro Klasse = 10-20 Spiele pro Schule erfordert. - Allfälliges Werbematerial wie Blachen, Werbesegel und Verkaufsmaterial würden wir zur Verfügung stellen. - Monatliche Abrechnung nach verkauften Spielen. - Es handelt sich nicht um eine Festanstellung, sondern du würdest selbstständig arbeiten/ Freelancer! You will act as a trusted partner to identify, scope, and implement tooling and workflow improvements that drive efficiency and reduce friction in the sales process. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, transforming high-level strategy into actionable field excellence. If you are an experienced leader ready to lead global strategy, you will find a high-performance environment that challenges you.
