Job Requirements

  • Masterabschluss oder Bachelorabschluss mit mind. 1 Jahr relevanter Berufserfahrung (technischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Bezug)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills sowie die Fähigkeit, aktiv zuzuhören und Zusammenhänge abzuleiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Resilienz und professioneller Umgang mit Erfolgen und Rückschlägen
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
