Saga

• You'll be Saga's first point of contact for the Italian legal market • You'll run discovery calls to really understand what Italian legal professionals are up against • Hand off warm, well-qualified opportunities to our Account Executive • Your feedback from the field will directly shape how we build and localise our product for Italy

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in a BDR or similar outbound role in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up
  • A natural connector - you build trust quickly, listen well, and know how to have conversations that actually go somewhere
  • Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish or another language is a plus!)
  • CRM fluency (bonus points for HubSpot) and the discipline to keep your pipeline clean and your insights sharp
  • The resilience to hear "not now" and come back stronger - you're curious, adaptable, and genuinely energized by a challenge
  • A team-first attitude and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
