• Own every user-facing surface of Amplify • Build production-grade interfaces from existing UX designs • Collaborate closely with Design and Back-End/Data Engineering

• Design and own Amplify's back-end service layer, providing overall architectural leadership across the engineering team • Build the shared trigger and notification engine, LMS backend, pricing services, and pairing/scoring services that power Amplify's core product experiences • Design and maintain secure multi-tenant architecture, ensuring strict tenant isolation and privacy across queries, triggers, notifications, and usage data • Define API contracts for front-end applications and data pipelines, while making build-vs-reuse decisions across the existing Saga platform • Lead technical planning by decomposing the roadmap, reviewing code across frontend and data engineering, and driving architectural decisions • Ensure the platform is production-ready, observable, secure, and scalable as Amplify grows.

• Build and scale data pipelines for product events, usage data, and customer datasets • Develop analytics infrastructure using technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL • Own data models, KPI definitions, and metric layers powering dashboards and product features • Build reliable ingestion processes for both structured and messy customer-provided datasets • Ensure privacy-first data practices through anonymisation, pseudonymisation, and tenant-level controls • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to make data accessible, trusted, and actionable

• Design, build, and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and data models using TypeScript and Node.js • Develop document ingestion, processing, semantic search, vector search, and RAG-based systems leveraging LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google • Build and operate asynchronous processing pipelines, background workers, and long-running jobs • Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security across distributed, multi-tenant systems and databases • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams to deliver customer-facing features and contribute to architectural decisions • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve production systems and platform capabilities

• You will architect the people infrastructure that enables Saga to grow without losing what makes us special. • You work where business strategy meets human experience, partnering with the CEO and management team to translate ambitious company goals into actionable people strategies. • Build the HR infrastructure that scales with Saga: establish our people & culture roadmap, design our annual people cycles, and create performance frameworks that drive growth. • Partner with our leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, compensation strategy, and people decisions that shape the business. • Set up and refine the operational foundations: international payroll structures, salary frameworks, role architecture, and the systems that support a remote-first organization across time zones. • Own core people processes end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation cycles, and skills development. • Navigate sensitive situations with care and clarity, from performance issues to organizational changes to employee relations matters.

• Design and produce motion work across product launches, campaigns, social, ads, and explainers • Develop a motion system and toolkit that ensures consistency while allowing flexibility as we scale • Support key product moments with clear, well-crafted motion that communicates value • Collaborate closely with teams to explore ideas and bring them to life • Create brand and web experiences - from early concepts through to polished execution • Design and iterate our website, campaign landing pages, and interactive brand moments • Contribute to and maintain our Webflow-based design system • Shape interactions, motion, and prototypes that make ideas easier to understand and navigate • Work independently across a range of brand and web challenges while maintaining a high standard of quality • Use Webflow as part of your core workflow (experience with custom components is a plus)

The Role As a Senior AI Agent Engineer, you'll be at the center of how we build, train, deploy, and operate character AI agents at scale. You'll work across the full lifecycle — from fine-tuning models and orchestrating SLM swarms to deploying agents across social platforms and building the infrastructure that keeps them running reliably. This role blends ML engineering, backend development, and systems thinking.
