• Support the CFO with financial and billing operations • Manage monthly and periodic billings within the Deltek Costpoint system • Submit and track invoices through PIEE/WAWF or other customer-required platforms • Monitor and track DFAS and customer payments to ensure timely receipt • Interface with Government CORs and other points of contact to resolve billing and payment issues • Assist in developing reports related to billing activities, including subcontractor integration • Provide monthly financial reports to Delivery Managers and leadership • Coordinate with Delivery Managers to resolve invoice rejections tied to operational issues • Set up and maintain projects and employee data in Deltek Costpoint per contract requirements • Report on outstanding billings to the CFO on a monthly basis • Manage subcontractor invoicing, including data entry and coordination with the Subcontracts Manager • Serve as a backup for critical finance and accounting functions as needed
• Review solicitation documents, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other bid requests to determine proposal requirements and response strategies. • Organize, coordinate, and lead proposal teams consisting of internal personnel, subject matter experts, subcontractors, and teaming partners. • Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and submission plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals. • Manage proposal development activities from kickoff through final production and submission. • Coach and guide contributors on persuasive proposal writing, compliance requirements, and proposal best practices. • Ensure all proposal content is accurate, compliant, compelling, and aligned with customer requirements. • Serve as the primary interface between proposal teams, corporate leadership, teaming partners, and stakeholders throughout the proposal process. • Identify proposal risks, challenges, and resource constraints and develop mitigation strategies. • Coordinate color team reviews and incorporate feedback into final proposal submissions. • Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, tools, and best practices. • Maintain proposal documentation and support business development initiatives as needed.
• Work remotely on projects related to health information management. • Provide accurate and thorough coding for medical records. • Maintain compliance with coding standards and regulations. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper documentation. • Participate in training and continuing education to stay current with coding practices.
• Design and lead execution of systems and processes required to refine and optimize Decypher’s operating model, driving successful operational and financial outcomes while enhancing client service • Partner with IT to architect the technology enabling execution of strategic and operating plans. • Identify new opportunities that can create value and differentiate Decypher from its competitors • Ensure compliance with Decypher and industry standards and regulations, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to integrity • Lead change management initiatives to drive innovation and transformation across the organization. • Own the management and development of talent to drive growth and work with and through the organization's administrative services / people team to drive a human capital strategy that supports the current and expected trajectory of the business • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in client care, growth, world-class client experience, and operational efficiency
